By donating to or subscribing as a supporter of the Severance DayZ server, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Donations

1.1 Voluntary Nature
All donations are voluntary and intended to help sustain the Severance community and game server. No in-game items, perks, or gameplay advantages are given in exchange for donations.

1.2 Discord Role
Donors receive a permanent "Donator" role on Discord as recognition. This role does not expire and carries no in-game benefits.

1.3 No Refunds
All donations are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including server downtime, rule enforcement actions (e.g. bans), or project closure.

1.4 No Ownership or Control
Donating does not grant ownership, decision-making authority, or administrative access to the server, its files, or operations.

2. Supporter Subscriptions

2.1 Supporter Tiers
Supporters who subscribe through our official platform will receive in-game items or cosmetic perks based on their tier level. These rewards are subject to change at any time and are designed to avoid pay-to-win scenarios.
All rewards are granted per person, not per subscription cycle. Unsubscribing and resubscribing will not grant duplicate rewards only the initial rewards will be reactivated.

2.2 Discord Role
Active supporters receive a tier-based "Supporter" role on Discord.
This role remains active only while the subscription is ongoing.
If you unsubscribe, the Supporter role and associated in-game perks will be removed.
Item exchanges and customizations are only processed while the subscription is active. Requests made during inactive subscription periods will not be honored.

2.3 No Refunds
Subscription payments are non-refundable.
Benefits are tied to the duration of your subscription and will not carry over after cancellation.

3. Use of Funds

3.1 Purpose of Contributions
All funds received via donations or supporter subscriptions are used to cover:

Game server hosting and upgrades

Mod development and asset licensing

Website and community tools

Branding, artwork, and marketing

Other expenses essential to operating the Severance experience

4. Questions & Custom Requests

4.1 Open Communication Policy
If you have any questions about supporter tiers, benefits, or what your contribution includes, please open a ticket in our Discord before subscribing. We want to ensure transparency and that expectations are clear.

4.2 Custom Requests
Some tiers may allow for limited customization (e.g. cosmetic gear). These are subject to availability and approval. Asking before subscribing is strongly encouraged to avoid misunderstandings. We work as quickly as possible to provide you with your custom items there is however no garunteed timeframe for completion.

5. Enforcement and Conduct

5.1 Rule Violations
Supporter status or donation history does not exempt anyone from server rules or consequences. Violations may result in temporary or permanent bans without refund.

5.2 Chargebacks
Any attempt to reverse or dispute a donation or subscription payment (chargeback) will result in permanent removal from the server and community platforms.

6. Final Disclaimer

The Severance server is offered “as-is.” While we strive for the best player experience, we make no guarantees of uptime, performance, or feature continuity.
